Steamed Asian Bread

Abstract: Soft, delicious and nutritious steamed Asian bread.

Flour 400 g,
whole wheat flour 100 g,
mashed orange potato,
yeast 2 tea spoons,
baking powder 1 tea spoon,
sugar 130 g,
water 150 ml,
corn cooking oil: 100 ml

Mix well the above materials and rest the dough for 15 minutes.

Separate the big dough into about 18 pieces of small dough.

Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.

Cook on steam for about 15 minutes.
