Stewed Sweet Cabbage

Abstract: A simple and nutritious stew. Enjoy!

1 cabbage
2 corns
1 carrot
6 mushroom
some wolfberry
8-10 red dates
2 liters of water

3 spoons of vegetarian oyster sauce
Half spoon of sesame oil
1 tea spoon of salt

Wash cabbage, corn, mushroom, wolfberry and carrot
Cut the cabbage into halves
Cut the corn into three parts and slice the carrot
Soften the dates and wolfberry in water
Put the corn and mushroom in the pot.
Add 2 liters of water and warm to boil.
And vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil and salt.
Add cabbage and merge cabbage into water.
Boil the pot for 30 minutes and then add red dates and carrot and boil for another 10 minutes.
At last, add wolfberry and boil for 5 minutes.
